STEFANO MANSERVISI
Director-General for International Cooperation and Development (DEVCO) at the European Commission.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bologna, holds a degree in International Management from the University of Paris.
A visiting professor at various Universities and Research Centers, he published multiple articles on Europe and International Affairs related topics.
In 2014-2016 headed the Private Office of the Commission’s Vice-President / High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
Since 2016 occupies the position of Director-General for International Cooperation and Development (DEVCO) at the European Commission.
