1995 – 2003 – head of Saint Petersburg bank of Reconstruction and Development.
1999 – 2000 head of the treasury department in RAO UES of Russia.
Since 2004 – in the Department of international financial relations, state debt and state financial assets of the Ministry of finance of the Russian Federation; since 2005 head of the department.
Since 2008 – deputy Minister of finance of the RF.
2011 – 2013 – head of the Federal service of financial markets of the RF (FSFM).
Since 2013 – again deputy Minister of finance.
2015 – 2017 – Chairman of the board of the Eurasian Development bank (EDB).
2018 – appointed President of the Black Sea Trade and Development bank.
