Senior vice president of Schneider Electric, President of the company in Russia and CIS
Johan Vanderplaetse has graduated from law department of Ghent University and European law department of the European College in Bruges, studied Russian in Pushkin State Institute of Russian Language in Moscow.
Before joining Schneider Electric in 2016, Johan Vanderplaetse worked in the company Emerson Process Management as vice president for Eastern Europe, including Russia and CIS.
Johan Vanderplaetse is Chairman of the board of the Association of European business in Russia; officer of the Order of the Crown (Belgium) and honorary professor of several Russian universities.
